Quality control isn't a final step — it's a promise woven through the whole process. Our pressed-flower leather also passes third-party anti-insect, anti-mold and antibacterial tests, safeguarding quality from the source.
Four QC Stages
In-Process QC (IPQC)
Quality gates at cutting, stitching and assembly; full touring inspection catches issues in real time.
Final QC (FQC)
Every bag is fully inspected for stitching, hardware, shape and appearance before warehousing.
Outgoing QC (OQC)
AQL-based sampling before shipping, with QC reports included — sell on arrival, cut returns.
